Game Pass included with console is not showing up

The game pass version on PC, Heroes edition, does not include the DLCs, which are correctly listed as purchasable add ons on the store page you show in the screenshot. On console game pass there is the complete edition instead, which includes the DLCs.

No it shows nothing in my purchase history including when I subscribed to the game pass separately before I bought sea of thieves. No purchases show up.

Just checking my game pass it does show up for me in the US. My understanding is that games added to the game pass and game pass ultimate can end up region locked which is why you may not be seeing it when looking at your games included with GamePass.

None of the games you've listed are included with Game Pass. If a game is included, it will show that it is included with Game Pass when you check it in the store. You can also view a list of the games included with Game Pass at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-game-pass/games?xr=shellnav

It looks like the game should included the VIP Pass. If the game isn't showing the pass for you, go ahead and delete the content from your console and re-download it from your download history.
