or atleast talk to someone in person who can physically help me instead of microsoft no longer having a customer service department.

It shows the pass was redeemed and active but it will not let me use it very frustrating

Hi, you can ask for a refund only if you didn't have too much time playing the game and 14 days or less has been passed since date of purchase

We can try to isolate the problem a bit more.

Do you have another PC in your house to test if you receive the same error?
When you reinstalled windows, did you formatted all the drives in your PC or you only replaced the previous windows folder using the installer? (A windows.old folder is created if you do that)

And this can be a bit odd, but did you tried using a completely different WiFi network to see if the error appears?

Well, here in the forums is not possible to assist you remotely or physically (I mean, taking control of your PC). Is for security reasons

i reinstalled windows both through settings and with my original cd. and the error code is 0x803FB107. and by refund i mean i want the money back for the games i purchased but can now no longer play since i cant download them.
