Game Pass Has Astolfo'd Me

So here's the low down. I bought Game Pass Ultimate a while ago, needed gold and saw this was a few bucks extra for extra benefits so i decided "What the heck" and got it. A few YEARS ago, i bought Fallout 4 hard copy and have played off and on since. Now,
out of the blue, my xbox will not let me play F4 or any game i got through game pass. And i know that it is a known issue that you cant play some game pass games even if you didnt get them through game pass when it expires, but it hasnt expired. Short version:
Game pass ultimate is still active and paid for, internet is conneced and working, but i keep getting a message saying i deed to "Sign in or renew subscription" when i try to play a game pass game. However, games that have nothing to do with game pass still
work.

I have tried the following:

1. Shut down xbox and start it back up

2. Reset xbox

3. Cold reset

4. Remove account and put it back on

5. Remove game pass and then repurchase it

6. Remove internet connection then re-establish connection

Im at a loss here guys, can anyone help?

2nd update..

I fixed it. Canceled ultimate , sign ed back up for Game Pass console ...works....saved a few dollars as well. Had to call support a2nd time, as 1st time was told to wait, with no ETA of fix. 2nd call, guy just cancels acct, I buy new acct. Same gamertag
and all, everything is working I think , only tried 1 game but is working for that, thank Christ

I would not recommend this as a fix, if you have converted all your Gold Live, as cancelling will lose any prepaid time that has been converted and there is no way to get it back. If you want to give data to help the development team, you can download the
Xbox Insider Hub app (you don't need to join) and you can file a report.

Do not just cancel Game Pass Ultimate.

Thank you for the advice. I entered the link and my subscription showed as active and paid for, next i will try the factory reset. But i want to wait to try the factory reset a little while just in case it starts working again on its own

Just to verify enter this link: https://account.microsoft.com/services/

Check if the membership it's attached with the profile you're try to use. If everything looks fine.

I really recommend restart your console to factory settings (erase everything)
