    Game Pass Goals - December


    UPDATE

    I'm still missing the Game Pass Goals Tile.

    However, even though I don't have the tile, I now know that my progress is being recorded. I have just received a PM, with my reward for completing the November Game Pass Goals.

    But without the tile on my Xbox One, I'm having to search the internet each month, to find out what this months Goals are.

    Hey Wise Owl 2000! Wanted to check in and see if you're still having this issue. The new goals went out for January so you may need to remove your profile, power cycle, and add it back to see the new tile. Give that a shot and let me know how it goes!

    Hi,

    Still no response to my posts, is this issue still being looked into?

    It seems strange that now Xbox Quests are available in the UK, I have that tile on my Xbox One, but I still do not have a tile for Game Pass Goals, which have been available since November.

    Hey Wise Owl 2000! Apologies on getting to this so late. The goals changed format this previous month so you if you're still seeing this issue you may need to preform a

    factory reset     of the console to see if that will help out. We usually recommend starting with the option to keep your games and apps before trying a full reset. Let us know how it goes!

    Yes, I'm still missing the Game Pass Goals tile, after removing my Profile, running a Power Cycle & then reinstalling my Profile.

    I would also like to enquire, if my progress for the November Game Pass Goals was correctly recorded; as I dodn't have this tile on my Xbox?

    Hey Guys! This should issue should now be resolved. You may need to
    remove your profile    , preform a
    power cycle    , and then add your profile back to the console to see goals tile come back. Give those steps a shot and let us know how it goes!
