    Game Pass Glitch blocking access to my game.


    My game pass has expired and now i cannot play the game i have bought. (not a disc. Bought online via PC). I have tried resetting the game and terminating it. I keep pressing the game trying to load it and it comes up with.

    "Looks like you need to renew Game Pass. If your subscription is current, try quitting and relaunching the game"

    But the game pass was a code from an xbox controller box.

    Please tell me any fixes as ive tried 80% of the fixes on youtube and ive searched in microsoft.

    As the below said, it's a known issue. I was able to get this to work with another game by doing the uninstall/resintall/reset. Best of luck!

    Hi! Unfortunately this is actually a quite common issue and is currently being worked on. Reinstalling the game might work, if not there's not much you can do besides reaching out to Xbox Support: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Try launching the game when you are not signed in from the disc you have.
    It worked like a charm, since them the game had no Game Pass interruptions and had no problems launching from my main account as well. Thnks for the tip!

    I have you tried deleting the game from your xbox and reinstall the game ? This usually resets errors associated with DRM. Please let me know if this works. JM
