Game Pass Games Only Crash - Not Steam/Epic etc

Dear, I understand your annoyance and I am sorry that you are going through this problem, but as an independent advisor I will try to help you. Remember that I handle somewhat limited information. I am a player like you, an organic person like you.

According to what I know, you are not alone in this problem, some users have reported similar problems with Game Pass games that crash when using GTX Graphics cards, I don't know if you will understand what I am telling you but it is the information that I drive then.

Here are some solutions that have worked for some users:

GPU Undervoltage: One user reported that they managed to fix the issue by undervolting their GPU when playing Xbox Game Pass games.

However, this may not work for everyone.

Closing Razer Cortex: Another user mentioned that closing Razer Cortex solved the problem

Reinstall graphics card drivers: Some users suggest uninstalling and then reinstalling graphics card drivers

I don't get an error of any kind. Some games just hang some just crash outright. It's been an off-and-on issue for over a year. It's not a "MY PC" problem though, hundreds of people have the same problem and 0 people seem to have a solution, and again how is it that Steam and Epic can have their stuff work almost perfectly all the time but Microsoft can't figure it out? Also Like I said and you ignored I have more than one game I own on steam/Epic that is also on game pass. The Steam/Epic version works just fine. So it's not the game that's the issue it's the Game Pass launcher. Arc Evolved doesn't work on Game Pass but does through steam, Halo doesn't work on Game Pass but does through Steam, Skyrim doesn't work on Game pass but does through Steam. I get it at the end of the day Microsoft just needs to fix their **** but that's not something Microsoft does often. It's a Game Pass /Windows issue. My best guess is a windows Certificate/services/Registry issue of some kind. But no one seems to have a clue what exactly or how to fix it. I'm asking here out of desperation because the alternative is just to cancel my Game Pass subscription and come back in a year and see if they fixed it or not.

It's no different than running steam, or the epic game launcher, possibly slightly less burdensome because it's part of the operating system though I don't know that for a fact

Would running a game through the XBox App on Windows just unnecessarily add another application layer? Or have I misunderstood.
