Game Pass free trial

I signed up for the 14-day free trial of Game Pass on the Xbox One about a year ago and cancelled it before the monthly subscription started. A couple of days ago, I had an in-dash offer for another 14-day free trial. The dash tile specifically says "Try
Game Pass again". After clicking on it, a window opens that has the option to click "Enjoy another 14-day trial," which takes me to the Game Pass page in the Xbox Store, where there is no free trial option. I signed up anyway, thinking the trial would go
into effect before any subscription fees, but I should have known better.

I contacted MS Support, who reversed the charges and told me I could use Game Pass free for the rest of the month, but upon trying to open Game Pas, I was taken back to the subscription page in the Xbox Store. After contacting MS Support again, I was informed
that because the charges were reversed, the subscription was cancelled and could not access it. Furthermore, the in-dash offer I was seeing was for first time subscribers only. Um, what? It is specifically tailored to people who already used a free trial.
Support was very kind, but gave me contradictory information and could not satisfactorily resolve this issue. Why is this being offered as a second free trial when that is clearly not available?

1 month xbox live gold trial expired after 1 day

I just got my 1-month free trial yesterday. After getting free trial for music pass and downloading 1 free games, i tried to cacel auto renewal. After that, i dont see my free trial anymore. The free trial for music pass still appears. Can sb help me?

I see the same link and the same pages. This is indeed tailored to those of us who have already tried Game Pass in the past. It says things like, "Enjoy another 14-day Game Pass trial on us", "So much has changed since you left." and, "Comeback to Game Pass
and play new Xbox exclusives at release, such as State of Decay 2 and Sea of Thieves." When you click on the link, it sends you to the Xbox Game Store and shows you the Xbox Game Pass $9.99 / month. ... There should be an option for "14 day Free Trial Free"
or "1 Month $9.99". This looks like a scam on Xbox's part.
