Game pass for PC not working

    Game pass for PC not working


    Hi,

    really need some assistance, i have signed up to the game pass for pc, i have the beta app, the app logs in and i can download games no problem.

    the issue is opening the game, so the games open up and then it tries to log in, finds my user and then throws up the lets play option, i click this and it fails, every time, never got past tgis screen, “we are unable to sign into your xbox live” even though
    the app is already logged in!

    i have reset it, removed and readded the account, reinstalled the games multiple times, reinstalled the app itself.

    Why can't I access Game Pass on my PC?

    That could either be Game Pass Core or PC Game Pass. If it's Core, it won't work on PC.

    If you purchased Game Pass Ultimate, then yes, it works both on PC and console. Game Pass does not. You have the console Game Pass and PC Game Pass.

    It depends on which Game Pass you have. You would need PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate in order for it to work on PC.

    Game Pass is primarily for the console. It's just a bonus that some of the games work for the PC. There is no Game Pass for the PC>

    Ok that is the problem, you have the console game pass.

    In order to have it working on PC you would need either the PC game pass or the ultimate game pass which includes both PC and console game pass :)
