Game pass for PC not available in Turkey?

I just wanted to know why they specifically said that it won't be available in South Korea and Turkey when almost all their other services including these game pass stuff are purchasable. I was going nuts during the E3 presentation and now I'm just super
frustrated.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do at this point but wait and see if it will be available in the future. Sorry!

Well yes it is ultimate but it says normal game pass on the xbox app.

My Region is Turkey. And the subscription is being paid with Turkish Currency. Just the language is English UK*. IF it is not available I would like to pay for game pass for PC only then. Since I mainly purchased Ultimate for Xcloud.

Unfortunately since Game Pass for PC is not available in your region, it is not possible to purchase it.

I know that and I use game pass for Pc but no Turkey in purchasing options. I was banned from Microsoft store just because I tried to buy another country.
