    Game Pass for PC: Doom Eternal crashing to desktop after attempting to load save


    Every time I attempt to load a savegame on Doom Eternal, it crashes to desktop. I've tried numerous reinstalls, and turning off AVG and Windows Defender.

    Is there a fix or workaround for this?

    Cant download any game pass games onto pc.

    Doom Eternal is available for the console through Game Pass, but not PC.

    I have Xbox GamePass Ultimate, but Xbox App on PC only recognizes the standard GamePass

    Ultimate is just a bundled subscription of Gold, Game Pass for console, and Game Pass for PC. It doesn't change what games are available on Game Pass. Doom Eternal is available with Game Pass for PC.

    Unfortunately Doom Eternal, Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2 are not play anywhere and their Xbox Save files can not be transferred to a PC.

I am happy to help and provide some suggestions. The Video driver error could mean either you need to reinstall your Graphics card drivers or update them to play the game. Do you have other things running in the back related to Twitch or an overlay? Also, DOOM Eternal - Bethesda Support go to this site and select What can I do if Doom Eternal is crashing on PC? What Graphics card are you using, Nvidia or AMD?
