Game pass for PC asking me to purchase ultimate again?!

they should refund where you paid for ultimate twice

I would suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your account and see what might be causing that issue with your Game pass / Game Pass
Ultimate subscription.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Since Ultimate includes gold, game pass for consoles, and game pass for pc, anything you already have on your account is cancelled and converted to ultimate when you upgrade. By completing the purchase for ultimate, you agreed to that and cancelling ultimate
would cancel anything that was converted. You will have to purchase game pass for PC again if you want it again.

Also, the website link tells me "Sorry, this offer is only available to paid PC Game Pass and Xbox Ultimate Game Pass Ultimate members. If you have purchased Game Pass in the last 7 days, please try again later."

Neither of those apply to me, I am a member of Ultimate on PC and have had my account for a long time.

so it will not give me 1month more if i buy ultimate after game pass PC?

it wil only upgrade? yes pointless but if its only for 1€ im asking for this....if i have pc game pass and buy ultimate for 1€ now so if its will give me 1MONTH MORE or ONLY upgrade from pc game pass to ultimate?

or better was buy first ultimate and then pc game pass then shoudl give me 2months for 2€? or how...
