1 month Game Pass code give 20 days of Ultimate sub so..)If not, contact the support in the "payment and billing " tab in your account to discuss with them about the problem.

Did you happen to have Game Pass Ultimate, then by Xbox Live gold and apply it to your existing subscription?

Ask support:

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call
from support:



· Step 1 ----select Xbox One

· Step 2 ----select see other options then payment and billing

· Step 3-----select show contact options

Step 4 ----select request call from support

I had a previous subscription that ended on 15 Oct. I didn't cancel auto-renew.

The subscription continued for 7 days after renewal date.

When I renewed on 1 Nov, those 7 days are taken back, hence my current subscription is 7 days short.

Lesson; Cancel auto-renew.

2. see other option -> payments and billing
3. show contact options
4. choose the way of contact that you prefer (chat or call)

But please check the subscription here
beforehand (maybe only a network issue)
