    Game Pass Error


    Hello,

    Recently I have been running into an issue on my Xbox one, where if I try to load any hard copy of a game, I am prompted to either get Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold. Once I deny the prompt and try to start the game again, I get the same prompt. I have tried running digital copy of games and they work, so I know it is not an issue with Xbox live.

    I have no idea how to fix this issue, or if it is intentional.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles accessing Game Pass games. Could you post back with the specific error code and error message you receive when you attempt to play a Game Pass game? Keep us posted!
