    Game Pass Error


    I like to State for the record that this incident is not isolated and I'm not sure how many people are experiencing technical difficulties with their Xbox or their games or their game pass but I know for sure that I am but what im really unhappy with is
    the results that I'm having for trying to get this issue solved it seems no one gives a damn. I've been through all the phases and stages of troubleshooting even contacting a representative and they deemed my tray was faulty on my Xbox but I completely disagree
    because every other game that I have disc or digital plays just fine so ironically Game Pass is offering Fallout 4 as a game to play with subscription to the services now all of a sudden I can't play my copy of Fallout 4 which is on disc for the record.. What
    has to happen so I can enjoy my game again.

    Sorry to hear about the troubles accessing Game Pass games. Could you post back with the specific error code and error message you receive when you attempt to play a Game Pass game? Keep us posted!
