    Game Pass Error 0x000001F4


    Have been getting this error all morning. No matter which Game Pass menu I click (ie from the Home Menu or from within the Store itself) I can access the titles that I have already downloaded and the few promoted titles that are in the store but I can't
    access the full menu as that error (0x000001F4) keeps popping up. I have refreshed non stop and restarted the console. Any advice?

    Sometimes this fixes it:

    Go to: "network settings,advanced settings then Alternate MAC address and hit clear then restart Xbox"

    I have the same problem . I can't browse xbox game pass games as this error is still appearing. The only games I can install are the ones which are near xbox game pass icons. The application can t launch. So we are losing days of use...

    Well at least I know it isn't just myself. The error is still occurring.

    Ok got in touch with support and their resolution kind of worked... What they had me do was go into Settings > System> Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep my games & apps...

    Did all that. Rebooted console. And it worked...

    And then I made the mistake to update the Windows Store... Because you know, updating important apps is usually advised...

    And then it stopped working and restarted showing me the error. So my advice is to not update the store after resetting the console. And turn off auto updates I suppose.

    Thanks! It finally works but I'm asking myself at the moment if I should update the Microsoft Store or not? Because I don't want to get the same problem again...

    “I went to settings, then network settings,advanced settings then Alternate MAC address and hit clear then restart Xbox and it worked for me. Hope this helps”
