Game pass doesn’t give me a full month

I have an automatically renewing subscription, I just paid for the next month a few weeks ago. I’ve had game pass for over a year, and it has never worked. In all games on game pass, it doesn’t let me join or even host an online game. It always just fails, and gives no reason why.

I already said in the first question that the first option you gave me doesn’t appear. The second doesn’t come up either, all I see in “full library” air the Xbox game pass games and stuff like that

do you have a 6 months or full year of xblive?? because I believe it doesn't give you free games with x amount of days or even a month xblive pass....

Sorry i don’t really understand it all. He has a download of GTA- not a physical copy.

He had the game pass to play on other games but when subscription ended he wasn’t able to play multi player anymore so took out the 1 month game pass again. I don’t want to pay £10.99 per month for game pass if he doesn’t need it. Does game pass have xbox live
included?

By the look of things you son had games pass ultimate wtch contains both the xbox games pass an xbox live gold and that has seemed to have ran out

You dont need the games pass to play multiplayer but he would require. Xbox live gold though

Haven the game pass ultimate would give your son full access to online multiplayer as well as access to 100's of game to download and play with ease
