Game Pass Disney Plus Perk

Xbox Game Pass had a free 30 day trial of Disney Plus that was expiring 30th September, I claimed my trial on the 29th it then appeared in a new section of the perks page titled something like Claimed Perks with a message saying redeem by 30th October. Having read that I had until the 30th of October after claiming the perk I decided to wait. However after going back to the perks today I notice my claimed Disney Plus perk has vanished!

Yet, the official press release says that doesn't matter.

"Whether you claimed the previous Disney+ Perk or not, Ultimate members who do not currently have an active Disney+ subscription will be eligible to claim the 30-day subscription trial through the Perks Gallery on their Xbox console, on the Xbox app for Windows PC, or through the Xbox Game Pass mobile app on iOS and Android."

I tried checking the Game Pass app on iPad assuming that is classed as mobile app? Disney+ wasn't there.

Doesn't seem like anyone on Live Chat wants to help me I keep getting passed around the same few departments with no solution even given a case number that one support team member admitted was empty.
