hola tengo pagado el game pass 6 meses , el problema que tengo cuando me meto, y quiero descargar un juego me sale para pagar el game pass cuando lo tengo pagado , lo unico que hice es crearme cuenta usuario invitado para jugar con el 2 mando , aparte yo
tenia juegos comprados digitales y tampoco me salen solo salen los que tengo instalados , los juegos del game pass que tengo instalados arrancan bien

Also make sure that you are installing the games from the account that owns the gamepass, it wont find that a guest accout has access to the pass and that could be another problem

Thanks for your post! To troubleshoot games under Games Pass that are allowing you to download them; try a

hard reset. A hard reset will refresh your console's connection and should allow it to recognize your Game Pass subscription allowing you to download the desired games.

Same here (Germany, Xbox Series X, Game Pass Ultimate).

I have downloaded the Game Pass iOS app which allows me to select on which Xbox (One X or Series X) I want to install the game on but it fails with "Es ist ein Problem aufgetreten" (An Error occurred).

Thank you for affirming, it's not just me.

Same deal. I upgraded from the original Xbox One to a Series X. I could manage games from both the Xbox app and Game Pass app to my original Xbox One. I put my Series X into service on 1/28/21. Apparently ,from what I have seen there must have been app updates to the Game Pass app.

Now as you said, I cannot manage or install Game Pass apps remotely from the Game Pass app to the Series X. However, it looks like the Xbox App can manage the Series X.

I also factory reset the original Xbox One and packed it up. I also removed my original Xbox One from the Devices tab on my account.microsoft.com page and made sure my Series X was set as my home xbox.

Pretty confident that this is not me nor you.

Figured I would mention I have the same issue and hope they fix it soon.

For what it is worth, you can filter games in the Xbox app on your phone to show Game Pass games along with optimized for SeriesX|S and platform as Xbox One. Then you can at least see the Game Pass games in the Xbox app and remote install them that way as a work around.

Hola, por lo que tengo entendido en Uruguay no se puede acceder a Xbox game pass PC (Dejando excluidos cientos de miles de jugadores). Me gustaria saber cuando se podrá acceder desde Uruguay o bien como poder comprar Xbox Game Pass PC desde Uruguay,
hay alguna manera de hacerlo? He intentado muchas y ninguna funciona. Aguardo respuesta.

You have to wait till your government allows it

Also they are focused on x series I doubt they will be expanding till after that release

For.gamepass the region must.be an xbox live region which your country is Not
