if possible have you tried installing a game on a different storage device (if available) to determine if it's related to the hard drive or not.

I have two storage devices and I've tried installing on both, but it doesn't seem to work. This message pops up in the games I can't install, so I think it's the problem, but I don't know for sure.

It is game crash on account of Game Pass because when you buy the game, it does not crash. It is really bad. I am on an important mission with no other way of entering a room then the front door. as soon as I pass the threshold, it crashes the game AND Game
Pass.
