Hello, i have Problems with a PrePaid Code for the Game Pass. I become the follow error.

How to control access to your Xbox LIVE account

It is possible to restrict access to your Xbox LIVE account by using a pass code, or making it necessary to sign into your Xbox profile using your Microsoft account password.

Set a pass code

A pass code is a button sequence on your controller, which you can use to restrict access to your Xbox LIVE profile. After you have set the pass code, anyone who wants to sign into Xbox LIVE using your profile must enter the pass code.

Steps to follow

1) Under Settings, select Account

2) Go to Account Security, and then select Pass Code

3) Enter your four-button code on your controller. You can use the directional pads, the triggers, the bumpers, X and Y.

4) Re-enter your pass code for confirmation

The next time you sign in with your Xbox LIVE gamertag, you will be required to enter the pass code.

If you want to change or reset your pass code, just repeat the above steps. You will be required to enter the old pass code before you can change it.

 

Problem with games after end of 2 weeks free subscription of XBOX Game Pass

I have 2 weeks subscription of Xbox Game Pass for free and playing Gears of War Judgament. After end of Game Pass subscrption I buy digital code of this game and activatie it on xbox. But now is problem: when I run game, is an error tells my Game Pass is
over, but I buy digital code and activate it ! please help MS

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

 

I have the same problem with ea access and xbox live code. I don't know what to do.

 

I have contact the Xbox Support the Code is valid

I have to wait until the subscrition is finished

After this i can use the Code.
