    Game Pass Cloud - Recurring Setup Errors


    Hello!

    I have been trying to get Cloud Game Pass setup and keep hitting the same error.

    I log in to Xbox Play site on my Mac computer (on any browser - Safari, Chrome, hell even Edge) - then get the Xbox loading wheel, then an error "We are Sorry the page you requested cannot be found" (within the Xbox site - not a general internet browser error). I've contacted Xbox support - and eventually we were able to get it working strictly on my phone's internet tethered to my computer.

    At the support technician's advice I attempted to open up ports (the one Xbox says are needed to access the network) on my router through my internet provider. This did not solve the issue over WiFi. And strangely now when I try to run it via my phone's internet even that is no longer working.

    Has anyone else had this issue and luck getting around it?? This service seems so promising (I just wanna play Sable ) but would hate to have to cancel over this.

    The Xbox One automatically saves games to the cloud while you are connected to the internet. Game progress will be saved in the cloud storage of the account currently logged in.
