Game pass cloud crashes upon launch on chromebook

Ever since early December everytime I launch a game on game pass cloud on my chromebook it crashes. The rocket goes across the screen a few times then it crashes but it works fine on my phone. Makes absolutely no sense. I just updated the app on my chromebook and it actually crashes faster then it used to, now the rocket goes across once sometimes only making it half way. Before it would go across the screen atleast 10 times before it would crash giving alittle bit of hope it was going to work. This is ridculous we pay for game pass ultimate every month. I bought 4 months of it in advance and now I can't even use it on my chromebook. Does anyone know how to fix this or if its ever going to be fixed? When I called microsoft about it, they told me it was not because of microsoft that i needed to contact the company that made my chromebook or google play because it wasnt a issue on microsofts part. My chromebook is brand new btw. And that also makes absolutely no sense considering the fact that it works on my android phone but not on my chromebook. Definitely seems like a Microsoft issue to me.
