Game pass charging my card with out consent.

Hey i have been charged for game pass since mid last year and i never used it after about 1 or 2 months. I only downloaded about 2 games from game pass and i was 100% sure i canceld the subscription afterwards. I kept on getting charged up until this month.
Iv been really busy and havent had the chance to check what iv been charged on my card but now that i had the chance iv been charged many months for a service i havent been using and was sure was
canceld. Im just looking for help on what can be done about this.

How can I request a refund of xbox gold and game pass ???

Well when it came out the offer of the E3 that is gold was 1 dollar buy the gold and the game pass with the card that my aunt lent me, but I knew that it was still charging the next month and they are charging my aunt the money, and she occupies her money

How do I close my Zune account?

1. go to zune.net

2. sign in

3. from drop down menu select "my account"

4. click on "manage zune music pass"

5. cancel and tell them [mod removed] for charging my account without proper/clear consent

Why was this user, charged in February, but my son's account just asked for the parental consent payment today? I paid it. It didn't feel right, but he was standing there with his two quarters saying, "no, I'll pay!" We already paid for crying out loud.
We paid over 400 for the system, 50 for the game he was trying to play, and 100 for the useless membership. COPPA suggests it as one of many options, to verify parental consent through a credit card purchase. Not a fee! I've made plenty of purchases through
Live with my card, why didn't they count a credit card purchases? It's not right, and they ARE alone, no one is charging .50 per child to verify that you are an adult. If you are an adult to your first child, you are still an adult when you have another.
I'd call the whole company idiots... But they did just get me to pay a fee to use an already paid subscription. That's an impressive suckering.

Game Pass charged my Credit Card on July 11th. Microsoft site says it is still a "pending" charge... It is now the 19th....

I dont understand why my refund keep being denied when it haven't been 5 or 14 days and I'm saying I didnt consent to any charge. I already contact my bank and took my card off xbox and I will make a police report if I have to show proof that I didnt
consent to my card being use . I need my money back please as soon as possible . I'm financially unstable at the moment due to covid19 I need a refund

You are required to have a credit card on file to subscribe to services and a test charge will be made, and the $1 charged to your card.

If you wish to purchase Game Pass with a gift card you have to get Game Pass specific gift cards
