Game Pass Charge two time in a month

on 25 december 2017 my game pass account was paid by paypall, and now microsoft charge me and other time in 11 days for activate my game pass, I want a refund for this second charge !!!!

Xbox Game Pass Free Trial got charged with tons of money!

If you dont turn off auto renew of game pass it will charge you for a month as soon as the two week trial is over. There is no refunds on subscriptions.

Same here. They basically said the payments are still pending despite them clearing according to my bank account. Then they also have a charge related to using two forms of payment for a deluxe edition game named under Game Pass even tho my Game Pass was
already charged for that month a few days prior. Guess they don't want my money.

Right now you can get 2 months of the game pass for $2.00. And that also gives you live with it. And you can stop it from auto payment anytime before your two months are up and not get charged the regular price for the 3rd month. It will just remove your
membership for the pass at the end of your two months. Hopefully I was helpful for you. HAPPY GAMING 🐱‍🐉🐱‍👤

i have 2 year of game pass and one year seperate of gold. if i upgrade to ultimate game pass for 2 months and then cancel after the two months i will lose whats left of my one year of gold and game pass?

You will only lose if you cancel it like the OP has done. If you just turn off auto renew then you wont lose any time and wont be charged again in 3 years.

Not too sure if you mean you have been charged more than you should have, or if you have been charged £2 for two months, first month £2 and the second month free. Making the £7.99
charge for your 3rd month of game pass.

I would suggest that you ensure auto-renew is turned off, and contact customer support if you think you have been over charged.
