Game pass billing

I was supposed to have received a credit for the game pass that i was charged for on dec 25th, but never had access to any of the games! It was looked into and verified that i did pay, but due to an error on the website the money did not added correctly
or sometging. The lady said that they were refunding the 9.99 back to my card and once I got it back, try to buy the game pass again.... This was at the beginning on January, she said give them 3-5 business days for it to appear, its been weeks and I still
have not gotten the credit back to my card.

You should be able to turn off auto-renewal at
http://commerce.microsoft.com If not, you'll need to contact support and they can turn it off for you. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Is it possible to stop Xbox game pass from charging your account each month. I want it to stop after 1 months so I can decide if I want to get more. If So how can I do this

It redirects me to a screen for payment for 16.47. I called support and they refused to remove the charge for the prior subscription. They told me my only option was to go spend more money. Not after a brand new x box one x purchase! Posting as fyi for
other people to avoid this trap!

Have you tried re entering the code properly into the redeem section of the Xbox store if so then you should contact the manufacturer that sold you the Xbox.

Trying to access 1 month included With purchase, not a free trial. The verbiage on the card is specific as i do have an additional free trial card for 14 days that i understand i cant use
