    I tried to install saint's row 4 from game pass and I got an error during installation. I then restarted my PC and then I hit install and it says it completes then the game launcher disappears and it doesn't show up as installed on the add remove programs.

    So I removed the app completely and reinstalled.

    I also removed game services and reinstalled.

    None of these items have helped at all and I keep having the same issue. It looks like the install or download is corrupt and the system will not allow me to remove it.

    I have XBox Game Pass (3 month) but cannot download any games

    Game Pass for PC is correct.

    Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

    Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

    Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%

    Error Code was 0x80073d13 and there is no way to ask for support with the pc app.

    (Solution) I worked with support on this and ended up having to install game on a different drive. This is because the download got corrupted and the file is still in the downloads for the game pass app.

    I was unable to delete the files in this location: DeliveryOptimization\Cache.

    Which error code do you get when trying to install the game? In any case post a report on this bug from the pc app in order for the support to verify it.
