Game Pass audio issue on Android 10 phone, not on Android 8 phone

I have an issue when streaming any game on Xbox Game Pass on an LG Tribute Monarch with Android 10. The audio cracks when any sound is playing. It happens even with a good network connection with no network trouble icon onscreen. This only happens with game
audio from Game Pass streaming, and not during any other audio on the phone (music, youtube video, netflix streaming etc.) so this appears to be an issue only with the Game Pass app. I also tried disabling bluetooth and any devices to no effect. My internet
is a 100 down/10 up connection (Spectrum in Western NY) less than 10 feet from the router.

The phone is running Android 10, security patch 9/1/2020, baseband MOLY.LR12A.R3.TC01.DH.SP.V1.P23, Kernel 4.9.190+, build QkQ1.200108.002, software version K300TM10d.

It does NOT happen on an older phone (Samsung Galaxy J7 Perx) with Android 8, which plays all Game Pass audio perfectly with same internet connection, same headphones etc.

Hopefully audio issues can be fixed since carrying two phones around defeats the purpose of xcloud.

I'm having this exact issue on a Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G960F) running Android 10.

Badly cracking / stuttering audio. Video is fine. So definitely not a network issue. Happens over both headphones and phone speakers. Doesn't happen in any other app.

Strangely enough I noticed the problem clearly with Forza Horizon 4, but not with Sea of Thieves. I will try and doublecheck if Sea of Thieves doesn't have the issue at all.

I also used the submit feedback functionality in the Game Pass app for this.

1. Make sure that your Xbox Wireless Controller is updated to the latest firmware version. You can do this by connecting your controller to your PC and using the Xbox Accessories app to check for updates.

2. Ensure that your Android phone is running on Android 11 or later, as the Xbox Game Pass app requires this version of Android to work properly.

3. Try resetting your Xbox Wireless Controller by holding down the pairing button on the back of the controller for 10 seconds, then re-pairing it with your Android phone.

4. If none of the above steps work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox Game Pass app on your Android phone.

Windows 10 OS : 17133.1 Windows 10 Mobile OS: 15254.313 Windows Phone 8 OS: 8.10.14234.375 Xiaomi Mi A1 OS : Android 8.0 with March 2018 Update Xbox OS 2.0.17511.0 I check they are all on the newest Update.

I reinstall on my Windows 10 PC. on my Android Phone and on my Windows 10 Mobile and Windows phone 8.1. all say the same is not work.
