It might be that you cancelled too late, and the billing process has already been started.

Simply go to
https://account.microsoft.com/services and cancel your game pass subscription there.

If you are unable to do so, you would have to contact the official support via
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Be aware however, that due to the Corona pandemic, there are fewer support agents available than usual, and it might be a bit complicated to actually find the way to contact them.

When you go to that contact us page, sign into your account in the upper right, if not already done so, then click on the green contact us button, and from the available options choose "Subscription & Billing".

Now you need to try different sub-categories, until you find one that allows you to request a callback or to chat with support.

As far as I know it is stated upon purchase of a (trial) subscription that it will automatically renew

If you can't solve it then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone (or chat) since they are the ones that can assist with payment/billing related issues.

Unfortunately if you never cancelled before it ran out . As said get in touch with Microsoft and see if they can help.

Correct. I bought the pass to change my gamertag for $10 but once the transaction when through it never allowed me to change it and is asking me to purchase the pass again for another $10. Is there a link I can be sent to update it?
