    Game Pass App on Android Notification problem


    Everytime I opena nd close my Game pass app on my phone (Samsung S20) I get the notifiction "Your childs account has been suspended. Click here to find out how this affects them". This has been going on now for over two months even though my son is 20 and no longer suspended. I have removed him from the family acount, re added him and then removed again. I have also signed out of the app and signed back in again and also deleted the app and reinstalled it.

    Teh message still appears everytime the app starts. I was hoping it would eventaully go away but it hasnt so I though I would try this after not really gettign anywhere with MS support.

    What an absolute pain in the butt this is. Absolutely no help available on this matter anywhere on xbox support. I have the exact same problem. Xbox pass works absolutely fine on console will not have it on mobile. No active suspensions. And absolutely no help from xbox on this matter. Shocking
