Game pass app on android constantly crashes

So the game pass app on android crashes for me after about 3 seconds every time it is started if I'm signed into the app. I've tried every predictable troubleshooting procedure such as clearing the data, reinstalling the app, and factory resetting my phone. Now I have a new phone and it's doing the exact same thing. I'm able to sign into the regular xbox app but not the game pass app. It has to do something with my account. When I first tried signing into the app on my new phone it would redirect and ask if I was trying to sign into game pass. I'd select yes then It would redirect to the game pass app again and back to the "are you trying to sign in to game pass app" redirect page.

I've done everything listed already unfortunately. The only thing I haven't tried is completely factory resetting my phone. As for error codes there are none. It just crashes after 2 to 3 seconds with no extra information. I've tried logging in with my old galaxy s8 and it works fine. Also if I'm not logged in on my z flip 3 it doesn't crash. I believe there is a syncing or account issue. Maybe because I've logged on between multiple devices? I've also logged out of every other phone.
