    Game Pass App is Broken


    I joined Game Pass in April and everything worked just fine. Remote downloads WITHOUT INSTANT-ON while using my Xbox One, the only Xbox I have so you'd think it's my default right. Everything was legit. Now, this stupid app recognizes my PC, which I have
    NEVER played Xbox games on, but CAN NOT find my Xbox One, my ONLY XBOX. I have done all of the steps, resetting, renaming, unplugging so please, poor sap given this case because your coders SUCK despite the myriad resources at their disposal, do not ask me
    to do those things. Fix your app!!! It sees my profile!!!! It sees all the games I have loaded!!!! BUT I CAN'T REMOTE DOWNLOAD OR SET MY ONE AND ONLY XBOX AS DEFAULT WHAT DID YOU IDIOTS DO?!?!?!!

    I have had Xbox Gold for 15 years and I am seconds away from a fraudulent practices lawsuit and getting all 15 years worth of my money back for false advertising. Fix the app, THAT'S THE PROBLEM I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING ON MY END!

    Why is the Xbox app so bad and broken?

    The app has been semi broken in different ways over the years. It needs a complete overhaul to be more in line with the game pass app.

    Same here, unable to use the app due to that stupid pop up. No way to turn it off. Can not access the the button even if I rotate screen. Pissed off.

    Found the fix. Go to phone settings and change fonts to smallest possible. Restart phone. Should be able to turn pop up off now. Hope this helps.

    I'm having the same issue on an iPhone SE. I assumed that it was because of the shorter screen (the button is too low to appear on screen and the pop-up is not scrollable), but since you have an iPhone 8 it might be sth else.

    Can't launch any Game Pass game.

    XBox app on PC is behaving poorly (no list of installed games, searching for games not working)

    Store app claims I need to join Game Pass, but Microsoft Support says I still have 6 weeks of Game Pass Ultimate.

    Previously, the game I want to play (Slay the Spire) would only launch from XBox(Beta) app.

    But now the XBox app is broken, I can't search for the game. It appears to serve no other purpose at the moment then displaying the games that are available on game pass.
