Game Pass App does not recognize already installed games.

I have same problem, xbox app on pc won't recognize i have game pass ultimate. Mobile app dose.even on web it reflects, not chaked on consol. Microsoft store late me download, install & play game pass games.

It seems there is issue whith pc app. All usual measures does not help me.

Good day, I first subscribed to Xbox Ultimate Game Pass on my Xbox One console but when I went onto my PC to install FS2020, the Xbox App for PC does not recognize my subscription and is asking me to subscribe again. Any resolutions to this?

When you go into game pass, and click on the game you already own, does it give you the option to download with game pass, as a buy option?

If you own the game, the buy option will no be there, indicating that the game is already owned by the account using Game Pass.

When you go to your installed games, are the games you are concerned about (already installed??) listed there? or if they are not installed are they present in the able to install list?

I'm also enjoying the new quests.

I have the exact same issue with remote install. have tried multiple troubleshooting tips and nothing yet.

Another thing I find annoying is, if you already have a game installed, and you didn't download it from game pass, if you complete the quest it will not recognize it. You must install the game from Game Pass for it to count.
