Game Pass app crashing immediately upon opening (android)

I have a Samsung S22 Ultra with up to date software. I could keep the app open as long as I wanted to look at the games and decide if i wanted to play anything prior to reactivating my subscription. The moment I subscribed to gamepass ultimate again, the app started immediately crashing as soon as i opened it. I've Cleared the cache, uninstalled/reinstalled app, restarted the phone and still won't work. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this/make it work?

We appreciate you have listed the things you have done to make sure this app would work in your phone. We would like to ask if by any chance you are using Google Play Store or Samsung Galaxy Store in installing Xbox Game Pass app?

Did you notice getting an error message everytime the app crashes? Please share a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
Have you tried restart and launch the game back?
Did you notice any Android services available for update on both stores?
Due to the device is a phone, the troubleshooting is limited and if this will be exhausted that means a report about this incident or issue should be sent to the Team Xbox. We would appreciate if you'll send a feedback.

I have a feeling this is an issue with the app itself. I'm having the same issue and support gave me a link to this post and said they're escalating my case the account specialists. Hopefully a resolution is found soon. I understand bugs happen
