Game Pass App - broken

Help, every time I log into the App it gives me the stupid "Help Make Xbox Better" notification that blocks all other input.. I assume this is an MS push notification, but I can't turn the f**king thing off. On an iPhone 8 if that helps.. Yes, I've closed it down, restarted the phone, deleted the app and reinstalled but that's all I get for the last 3 days
