Game Pass and Live

I payed for a month for Live and Game Pass. 1 month only. Now not only they are saying i am behind in payment for another month i did not ask for, and even with currency on my profile, they don't let me pay with it. And not even get another new subscrition
before paying for a month i did not wanted or played on.

Due to you stopping the rewards scheme, I have decided to sell my xbox and close everything down. I purchased roughly 18 months of xbox membership and 18 months of gamepass membership upfront in order to get all the relevant GEM
rewards I needed and now I get told that you are closing off the scheme, so this was all a pointless waste of money.

Please can you let me know a way of getting this refunded as I am not happy about any of this and mainly the way we have all been treated here.

 

Whenever you purchase a subscription through Xbox, it warns you that auto-renewal will be turned on and it is up to you to turn it off before it renews if you don't want it to. So you do agree to auto-renewal as soon as you confirm the purchase. If you had
turned auto-renewal off and the balance is an error, you would need to contact support and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or http;//support.xbox.com/contact-us Otherwise, you'll need to add a credit card or Paypal to pay off the
balance owed so you can start a new subscription. The Microsoft account balance is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.
