I have just took game pass for R$ 1.00 the first month, however, passed one week, it was cancelled and I can´t download games anymore....     Hello you all.

    I have just took game pass for R$ 1.00 the first month, however, passed one week, it was cancelled and I can´t download games anymore.

    The same message appears when when I didn´t have the game pass... R$ 1.00 for the first month again.

    Is anybody know what happened?

    I am a new user, then sorry if this is a silly question..
