Game pass account setup

If the code was added to your account and not his, make sure you have the console set as your Home console. This will allow you to share gold and games with his account. Game Pass itself does not share, but games downloaded from the pass will. So you would

You will need to have the Game Pass Xbox as the secondary device with account holder as main account and the other user as second account. Then on the second Xbox, set this as the Home device with the other user as the main account and the account holder
as the second account.

Follow these instructions on how to do this.

You will need to be logged into the other Xbox but not necessarily the active account. Game Pass games will not be listed in the Game Pass section of My Games and Apps, but should be visible in the Game Pass tab.

If you purchase the Ultimate pass then I'm afraid you cannot switch the ownership of it. However, on the Xbox console you can set the purchasing account as Home and share the pass to other accounts.

Game pass is tied to the account that purchased it. The person who owns it can set a console as their Home console in order to share the games (as well as gold). https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox

I am unsure of the PC setup but your account will need to be on the Xbox and the Xbox be set as your Home Xbox and she'll be able to use your Game Pass.
