Game pass £7.99 for 3 months

Hi all,

Turned the Xbox on tonight and had a message about 3 months game pass for £7.99, thought I’ll have some of that.

There was no mention of this being a trail or only for new customers but when I actually click on the message it only gives me the option for 1 month at that price?

Anyone have this issue as well or know how to fix this?

Hello everyone

I am paying for xbox live gold (5.99/month) and xbox game pass (7.99 per month).

Do I need both of these for forza, fortnite etc?

If you have previously had a Game Pass subscription, you can't get the offer.

It is only for new subscribers.

Go to billing.microsoft.com and make sure all of your information is correct and up to date. If you can't fix it from there, call support and talk to billing and they'll help you sort it out.

I'm not sure parish, I don't have that deal , the one I had was 3 months game pass for £7.99 . I'm in Scotland.

Maybe you should send Microsoft a email see what they say . 🤔

Well, it says you should get the first 3 months for $1 so that's what you should have paid...I see the same offer if I go to the Game Pass for PC page (£1 for 3 months then £7.99 thereafter...£s given I'm in the UK)

Assuming you are in a qualifying country, then you'd want to get in touch with support to get this looked into.

Ive stopped the reoccuring payments for my games pass which is £7.99, my live was £5.99 which was paid automatically, but £6.98 has been taken but comes up with 1 month xbox gareading.. any ideas on what this could be?
