Game Pass 14 Days Trial vs. 1 Month Trial?!

I bought an Xbox today and enabled a 14-day trial pass during installation. Later, I found in the documents that there was an additional 1-month test passcode.
can I use that after the 14-day trial ?! if that does not work, can I somehow change that using Xbox support?

Games with Gold problem

Hi, that's because it's a 14 days trial. you can download 360 games with gold with a 1 month trial but not with a 14 days one.

I wanna to have this months game pass

there is a 14 day free trial when you start game pass. after that it's $10 a month. If you can find the SOT controller there is a 14 more days of game pass. Hope that helps.

Don't enter the 1 month trial until after the 14 day trial. If you do you lose the 14 day trial. You should be able to activate the 1 month trial after the 14 day trial is over.

I'd wait until the 14 day trial is up, then try redeeming the 1 month code for game pass. It should work (just don't quote me on that) and then that way you get the most out of your free codes.

Actually it won't work. The trial that is included with the console will only work with new accounts. Since you already started a trial, you are no longer considered a new account so it will not work.

Hello F1p5,

As Smwutches stated them usually are for new accounts. You will have to wait until the 14 day trial is over then try the month if the month does not work that is why. You may request a call back and see what a support agent can help with.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One

Step 2 ----select no thanks, then select category system update

Step 3-----gives some troubleshooting or help tips

Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

Anything less than 1 month is a trial code. So being 14 days, they are trials. If they work like regular game pass trials, you can't add them to an account that's already had game pass.
