    Game Pass 1 month trial not working


    Hello,

    I recently bought an Xbox One S and a 1 month trial for Game Pass was included.

    I decided to use the 14 days trial available on the Xbox store, as it would go away. Then, when this trial ended, I tried to use my 1 month code, and I was told that "only new clients could use this code".

    However, nowhere was it written that this would happen if I used another trial or if I subbed before using the 1 month trial. I read the card with the info and the code carefully, to avoid a situation like this and I was very disapointed to see I had been
    tricked.

    I would really appreciate being given the ability to use my code.

    1 month xbox live gold trial expired after 1 day

    I just got my 1-month free trial yesterday. After getting free trial for music pass and downloading 1 free games, i tried to cacel auto renewal. After that, i dont see my free trial anymore. The free trial for music pass still appears. Can sb help me?

    Question Concerning Ultimate Codes

    Anything less than 1 month is a trial code. So being 14 days, they are trials. If they work like regular game pass trials, you can't add them to an account that's already had game pass.

    The 14 day codes are trials and will only work with new subscribers to Game Pass, which is why there's an error. You would need a code that is not a trial code (anything 1 month or above) or purchase Game Pass (or Ultimate) directly from Xbox.

    i have simlar issue were I go to install a game inculded with the pc game pass but it takes me to the trial 1£ a month and it doesn't reconginze my 3 month pass which I just started 2 days ago. The mircosoft store works though, so you could download games
    from there.

    If you redeem the 3 months of Game Pass Ultimate is the one that will count, you wont have 3 months plus 14 days, but only the 3 months. This happens always when you have activated a trial and you put a non trial code (1 month and above)
