    Game ownership dissappeared after Summer Update and change of my email.


    Hi!

    Since three days back my game licences have changed. After I changed my mail on the Xbox live account I found this out in the Xbox One Store and it is described as the following:

    These games the store says I do own and can install:

    These Games the store says I do not own (and I know I do):

    1. CastleStorm: Definitive Edition
    2. Pool Nation FX
    There are two possibilities to why this happened to me. First of all it can be because of the new summer update when the store was changed a lot. It can also be because of my email change. I changed my email address on my Xbox live profile with a Xbox 360,
    and therefore the transactions of everything maybe is not done yet. To specify I did change my Microsoft account in the same change so it can maybe be the problem if the transaction history creates on the Microsoft account and not the Xbox live profile you
    have on it.

    12 YEAR TENURE DISAPPEARED on my profile!!!

    Did you recently download an update or just change to 12?

    My tenure of 8 dissappeared just as it was going from 7 to 8. I'm not sure why but just after I did an update it was gone. The update happened literally the same day it was due to change. About a month later it came back after a new update.

    Apps dont working after update

    Hello! Apps and searching apps dont working after update when I sign in Xboxlive. When sign out on dashboard there is two separate section: "Games" ; "Apps". But when sign in this sections unite at one "games&apps" and apss search dissappeared. I am live
    in Ukraine.

    Dear Francia,

    Thanks for stepping in.

    The game is Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection. The game is owned by my son.

    However, it seems we need to purchase it again. The primary email address of the Microsoft Account was changed. There was an issue with the access and family settings earlier. That was solved.

    Now the only issue after the transition is that the ownership of the game was changed.

    The badge on my profile containing the number of years is gone.

    Are you an Xbox preview member? Every update that gets released makes my 7 year tenure dissappear. Literally every month mine dissappear and then comes back within a week. Just wanted to make you aware that preview program causes issues with tenure

    I'm sure Microsoft is able to recover my account once ownership is verified. But why are they not replying my email after I sent them the form?
