    I would also recommend you online troubleshoot. When I play a game like GTA V online it works fine.

    it's not only xbox that is having outages alot of gaming reletad thing have had alot of outages lately due to the high demand

    Gamepass no longer connecting to xbox live post launch.

    Until the outage is resolved, we won't really know for sure. It's a limited outage, so yes, it will only affect a few games.
