    Game opens up once after installation and after that only crashes


    Hi, I tried to ask this on Microsoft Community and got referred to here so I'll copy my question to here.

    Problem is that Microsoft Mahjong does not seem to work in any way execpt the first time after installation.

    User who is logged in with a MS account has been using the account to login from early days of Windows 8. On Windows 8 she has been playing Mahjong almost every day. I then upgraded her computer to Windows 10 Pro and the game stopped working, it starts and
    then disappears. Few weird things that I have noticed, if I uninstall the game and re-install it and then start it, the game works and logs in to Xbox normally and it can be played normally. When the game then is closed and when opened the next time, it just
    flashes and crashes according to Event Viewer faulting module: twinapi.appcore.dll. Also re-registering only the game seems to allow it to start, but only that one time.

    If I login to that computer using my account the game works without problems so it probably is not driver related.

    I think I have tried every possible thing that I could find:

    Updated all apps.

    Installed all Windows 10 available updates.

    Played with date & time settings, re-syncing, disabling the service and re-enabling, changed date & time backwards etc...

    wsreset.exe as admin and without admin rights.

    Multiple powershell commands that I have found. Only one that works is the one that re-registers only that game.

    Changed resolution to smaller.

    Removed Intel drivers and tested MS provided ones(Basic Dislpay Adapter).

    appsdiagnostic for windows 10, no errors

    dism /online /restorehealth, successfull

    sfc /scannow, no errors

    deleting store cache

    deleting game cache

    removed / disabled antivirus program

    Checked the registy key "packages" has SYSTEM as a owner

    Emptied the game scores / statistics(right after installing it again when it works).

    Removed the Mahjongs Xbox rights from the MS account settings on MS site and allowing them again.

    Removing account from computer and then making it again.

    Even formatted that computer and re-installed from scratch.

    This leads me to think there is something wrong with her account. I tried to find the force sync app licenses, but I cannot find it anywhere on Store or MS account sites. I also updated her information associated with her account.

    The game version is the newest 2.4.1412.2202.

    I really am clueless what to try next. So please can anyone think of anything that might help? You think maybe contacting MS support with this could solve the problem?

    App continues to crash

    The daily challenges crash close each time I try to play. It will download the daily puzzles but after selecting one, when it starts to open (and play an advertisement I assume) it crashes and closes. I WAS only able to do puzzles in my collections of
    "Classic Jigsaw" but now that is crashing after I've had a puzzle open for a few minutes. After a few moves, this now crashes and closes. PLEASE FIX!!!

    HD already filled up due to installation requirement

    If the rumor that only about 380 GB available for installation is true, that will fill up after only about seven higher end games with the initial DLC available (assuming a 40 GB installation and 10 GB DLC).

    I tried to reinstall the driver and the driver software, but the game crashed after opening the game. Now there is no pop-up window and black screen, it just crashed directly. After opening the game, it crashed directly after one or two seconds.

    nope still crashes after uninstall restart pc install same way only diffrence is it crashes way sooner when i did it the other way just uninstall reinstall it works for the day then starts messing up next day seems to mess up after i restart tbh 0-o
