Anyone know why i cant find this on the marketplace?

anyone know when episode 6 of game of thrones releases

 

I bought the Season Pass for this, and remembered I had to go into the game and download the episode from the in-game menu.

 

Well glad to see I'm not the only one whom tried to download this today, was looking forward to trying it with a few people that came over today, that's what I get for not downloading it sooner.

No answers from Xbox support or Telltale games either, it's page on Xbox.com has also gone missing, it just got deleted from existence with Xbox and they won't acknowledge it... perfect...

I bought this game where is the explanation?

 

I am also experiencing this problem, I am very disappointed in the lack of support.

I found it on the US marketplace under Arcade >Browse games > G > game of thrones.

 

Neve rmind I just realized your talking about the one marketplace not 360.

 

Hmm that is odd. Did you try going through Xbox.com to see if you can grab the episode there? May not be ideal, but you should be able to find it there if it's not showing up like it should be on the Xbox One.

 

I checked both 360 and one on xbox.com. 360 marketplace shows it but the One marketplace does not.

 

As I asked a week ago.... what happens when you try to purchase it through the in-game menu? Usually, Telltale Games will have a section for "Episodes", and if you don't own one, you can select "Purchase". Is that an option with this game?

 

So after reading this thread initially and not being able to find the download which was supposedly released on 17 November 2015, according to Telltale Games, I talked to a representative and pointed out the issue. They asked me to give them 48-72 hours
to investigate the issue further. After that time I received the following message in my e-mail this morning:

Good day! This is in regards to your query last January 2, 2016. We are still reviewing it and will post it on our website once it is available. I highly suggest to post your query via forums.xbox.com or you can contact the developer to ask why the game
is not released yet on Xbox One.

I decided to login and see if the issue had been resolved and magically Episode 6 has reappeared on the Xbox One games store again and can be downloaded through the game via Season Pass or purchased individually as originally intended.
