Game not updating

So i haven't played Destiny for about a week (first day of the iron banner event). This morning i put the disc in and it says "Destiny needs to update". So i start the update but i keep getting the "There is a problem with the update" message. I have tried
everything, hard reset, turn off modem for 30 sec's etc.

Need to know whats going on and how do i fix this?

Personal activity feeds not working since just after 1409 update

Still happening to me too, Activity feed not updating, recent played games not updating and Achievements leaderboard not updating.

 

GAMES NOT UPDATING

hi my games have not been downloading updates lately i have tried downloading my profile to 2 different xboxes they both do the same on each no game updates clearing the cache as done nothing on both xbox 360s any advice

 

Have the exactly same problem. Reboot didn't work. Tried to re-install but it fails saying it needs the update to do so. Got the digital-version so I can't do anything about that. Network is working fine. I can play and update everything else but not Destiny.
Even resetted my console and the support doesn't help either. It still says "needs an update" - "There was a problem..." .

But I'm going to "spam" the support anyway...

Please try the following:

1.- Uninstall Game.

1. Start from Home (press the Xbox button on your controller to go Home).
   
2. Go to My games and apps.
3. Highlight the content that you want to uninstall.
4. Press the Menu button on your controller.
5. Select Manage Game or Manage App.
6. Press the Menu button on your controller again.
7. Select Uninstall.

2.- Remove Disc from tryay.



3.- Make sure that you had Blu-Ray Disc App. Steps here

4.- Power Cycle Xbox One pressing and holding power button for 8-10 seconds. (Must be off for 1 min)

5.- Unplug the network devices (Router/Modem/Gateway)

6.- Turn off Xbox One with network devices unplugged and install game.. wait until 100% of game its installed.

7.- Remove Game Disc > Turn Off Xbox One > Plug Back Network Devices (wait until had connection) > Turn back on Xbox One > Insert Game Disc > Game will ask for update (take it) >> wait until 100%.

* Please do not start game until complete steps. Note: If update not requested when insert disc try start game and wait until update it´s complete (100%)

i had the same thing.......i think i finaly got it all redownloaded but now when i try to start it just loads the first destiny screen for 3 seconds then puts me right back on the dashboard any one have any idea on this before i post my own question about
this?
