    Game not starting.


    Hi, I am trying to play Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2, and it says "To play this, the owner needs to sign in.", and I am the owner of the xbox and I am signed in. I tried signing out, unplugging my xbox, I tried removing my home xbox, I basically
    tried everything. Please let me know what the solution is if anyone knows the solution. Thanks.

    Hi,

    yes in the forums it says you're silver(free), you will need to get gold to play. games with gold are only available to those who are gold. xbox one isn't like xbox 360 when you keep the game forever.

    Hard resetting may help with this, how to do it here

    even doing this you may wait awhile for the other message saying its ready to play. I waited a quite awhile for fifa 16 to get ready. you will be able to play

    Have you attempted to simply press the start button and quit the game? Also have you tried to do a hard reset through the settings? Also have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as a last ditch effort? You could also contact EA about the problem

  5. Hey there, have you tried to Power Cycle your console? To do this hold down the Xbox power button for 10 seconds, hopefully, this works.

  6. Hi there!

    You mentioned that you are the owner of the Xbox. Few things to clarify.

    *Are you playing a disc version or digital?

    *If digital, was the game purchased under your account?

    *If yes. you may check if the account has the full license of the game by logging in to account.xbox.com > My Games

    *If the game shows up, then you have the full license, try to set your account as home Xbox again and then attempt if you will be able to access the game using a different profile.

    *If the game works on a different profile, you may remove your profile and then restart the console. Then re download.

    *If all of those steps didn't work, I would suggest to uninstall then reinstall the game

    *Last step would Reset console, then keep games and apps

    NOTE : Resetting the console will remove all profiles downloaded and all game clips on your local saves.

    Have you tried holding the Power button in for 10 seconds to shutdown Xbox One and restart? It may be that the game console was turned off while it was trying to write a save and it may be corrupted.

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

    Xbox Live Service Alert
    out that is affecting purchases and content usage on the Xbox One platform. This may be causing some issues with purchases, however what you are describing is sounding like a 2K server error message and you may wish to check to see
    if it is their servers that are having an issue. You can do so by clicking
