Game not starting up

    Game not starting up


    I have just installed For Honor (not disc) but every time I try to start the game it loads for about 5-10 seconds and then quits out to the hormone screen I have already turn it off and on as well as restarting and hard reseting it. Is there anything anything
    I should try? And do anyone know why this is happening? Also it did load up and allow me to play the rewinding in the game whilst it was still downloading but said it was ready to start.

    hi there i wonder if you could help me iv'e just started up my xbox and iv'e just tried starting up a game and it says "due you own this game or app" and i don't know what to due if you could give me any advice that would be grate thanks

    Sorry to hear it. If a power cycle or factory reset did not work for you then please try deleting then reinstalling the game.

    If this does not work You will have to talk to Xbox Support

    You can clean the cache of your Xbox, If It doesn't work You should unistall the game and install It again, If none of It so what You gotta do is talking to support.

    Hello MJ,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. When you
    set the home    , is it the account that owns the game? In some instances you may need to reset this option. To do this have them log on, go to settings>personalization>home Xbox>the box should say remove my home Xbox. Go ahead and select this. Now will say
    make this my home Xbox, select this box. What this does is a kind of troubleshoot for the home settings. It will not use a switch as you haven't changed the console to any other console. Are you able to see other games they own?

    You can clean the cache of your Xbox, If It doesn't work You should unistall the game and install It again, If none of It so what You gotta do is talking to support.
