    This may mean that it's not available for your region. Please make sure that your PC region is set up correctly for your region where the Xbox game pass is supported.

    did you go to settings and click on storage, the.ln click on the 4TB drive. Click show contents of drive. Are the games shown there? If they are shown just uninstall the game and reinstall it again .
