    Game not showing up on Xbox One


    Purchased Toy Solider on Xbox store to play on Xbox one ,,after purchase was made, there was game no showing up on my Xbox one ,tried a few steps

    1 reboot Xbox one

    2 removed id (then added id)

    3 checked for updates (all done)

    4 refreshed download queue

    5 confirmed purchase on Xbox store ( product was purchased)

    6 contacted Xbox support

    They know about it, so I'm guessing they just don't care. The forum used to be really busy, then ms changed the whole place up and made it really bad, now it's basically been swept under the rug.
