Game not showing in Ready to Install

I purchased Killer Instinct: Season 2 Ultra Edition with games with gold but it's not showing in Ready to Install.

I pushed LB-RB-X, that did nothing.

I tried a hard reset of my console, that did nothing.

I tried re-downloading my profile, that did nothing.

I even tried resetting my router and that also did nothing.

I definitely got the game because when i log into Xbox.com it says 'you own this product'. It's also showing in my games collection on Xbox.com. It's just not showing on my Xbox One console.

The weird thing is that my brother signed into my profile on his console and he can see the game in Ready to Install. I'm just not able to see it in the Ready to Install list on my console.

Does anyone have any suggestions because i'm out of ideas ?

First thing's first: try a proper power cycle. That usually helps solve most problems with the Xbox.

I'm writing because I was going through my game library today and I noticed some games missing!

So far, titles I've noticed are Evolve and Project Cars.

They were both Games With Gold, and they were both delux/ultimate bundles, and neither one shows in my ready to install list.

When searching for them on the xbox store, it does show that I own them, and dlc associated with the core games, however neither appears in my ready to install list, and I do not have either game installed at the moment.

Evolve was exceptionally complex to figure out how to download all of the different dlc items, having to select each item in the xbox store and going to "manage". When trying to download Evolve, I tried accessing the "Manage" menu from My Games and Apps
and it does not show any of the DLC at all!

My gold membership is currently active and from what I can tell, this only seems to be an issue with GWG titles that were given as part of bundles.

I am hoping there might be a fix for getting these to appear in my "ready to install" list so I do not need to jump through hoops in the xbox store, should they ever be deleted, or for if/when I upgrade to Xbox One X.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Let’s manually search for the game on the Xbox One Store. Here are the steps:

1. Scroll to the right on the Home screen and select Games.

2. Browse through the category to find Killer Instinct: Season 2 Ultra Edition.

3. Select the game by pressing the A button on the controller, and then select
Install.

You may check the installation progress by following the steps provided on this

See if it shows that you still own the content using a web browser though this link:

If not, complete the transaction on that page and check if it will appera this tie on your Ready to Install page.

 

This doesn't really solve my issue though. What you are saying does work, but if i delete the game, it's still not there in my Ready to Install list.

If i delete my game and want to install it again in the future, i don't really want to go all of the way to the store just to download it again. Also, what if that game ends up getting removed from the store in the future ? i will have no way of downloading
it because it won't be in my list of games that are ready to install.

I don't need to do that because i already know that the license of the game is tied to my account. Like i said above, my brother signed into my profile on his Xbox One console and can see and download the game from the Ready to Install list. The problem
is that i can't see it at all on my Xbox One console in my ready to install list, it's not there.

I'm not going to talk to people on the phone either. I have tried that before and they always had me going around in circles repeating the same steps.

 

If you have purchased the game from outside the console, try the display new items button in ready to install. If this does not work or if the button is not present, make sure that the option on the upper right corner is set to ALL.
